Terms and Conditions of Sale
By entering into a purchase agreement with The Computer Man Ltd, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Sale.
1. Ownership of Goods
All goods remain the property and title of The Computer Man Ltd until full payment has been received.
2. Discounts and Special Pricing
- Any discounts or special prices applied are only applicable to cash transactions and/or current invoices.
- Discounts will be removed from overdue invoices.
- Interest at a rate of 5% per month will be applied to all overdue amounts
.
3. Special Orders and Procured Items
- Special order or procured items must be paid for in full prior to the placement of the order.
- These items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
4. Warranty
- Standard Warranty: The standard warranty for all goods is 12 months, unless otherwise stated.
- Return to Base Warranty: All warranties are return-to-base unless otherwise specified.
- Warranties are handled by the manufacturer. The Computer Man Ltd holds no liability for the outcome or decision made by the manufacturer regarding warranty treatment.
- Freight & Charges: Freight and other applicable charges may apply for goods that need to be returned to the manufacturer under warranty.
- Special Items: All Cell Phones, ex-lease Computers, and secondhand goods carry a 90-day warranty only.
5. Returns
- 30-Day Return Policy: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
- Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in the original packaging (undamaged).
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
- A 20% restocking fee may apply to returns after 8 days. All returned goods must be in original, unopened packaging and in sellable condition.

6. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately to evaluate the issue and make it right.
7. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom products, such as special orders or personalized items.
- Sale items or gift cards.
If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.
8. Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
9. Refunds
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to confirm if your refund has been approved.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received a refund, please contact us at sales@thecomputerman.co.ck.
10. Liability
The Computer Man Ltd will not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage or loss resulting from the use or inability to use the goods.
11. Acknowledgment
By purchasing from The Computer Man Ltd, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the above terms and conditions of sale.
